The MOST IMPORTANT THING that will help you grow your channel is understanding what makes Youtube want to show your videos to people.
To get 1,000 subscribers fast, you have to know what Youtube wants from you!
To be honest, Youtube wants a lot from you – but the most important thing they want from you is your content to bring people to the platform and keep them there. The strategy here? Create binge-worthy content AND find a way to make people come to the platform for you.
Maybe that means you put a swipe up in your Instagram story, or you send an email blast to your subscribers and refer them that way. If you bring someone to the platform and extend their watch time, you get a gold star.
Tips on How to Get Your First 1,000 Subscribers on Youtube Fast in 2020
Tip 1: Figure out what makes you different from the other people in your niche and do it.
Whether it's your Southern accent or your personality or the setup of your videos, lean in to what makes you different!
Tip 2: Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate!
You can gain hundreds or thousands of subscribers this way. It helps new people discover your channel and it helps them to trust you quick!
Tip 4: Three T’s of the Tube – Titles, Tags, and Thumbnails.
The Three T's of the Tube is the strategy behind getting Youtube to recommend your videos, helping people find your videos, and getting someone to click on your video when they see it.
Tip 5: Share your Youtube channel on EVERY OTHER PLATFORM you have.
Make the focus of your Facebook, Instagram, and other channels that already exist directing people to your Youtube channel! Just remember, a big thing with Youtube is getting people to come back to your channel consistently. Followers you have on other platforms might not see Youtube as their platform of choice, which won't help you down the line!
